Much like Car Parking Games, Monster Truck Games consists of navigating your vehicle through different challenges; however, as Car Parking Games are from a view from above, Monster Truck Games are side-scrolling. The side-scrolling angle allows for quick game play and entertaining stunts and crashes.

Controls are similar in that the arrow keys are used for the vast majority of available games. In most Monster Truck Games, the object is to race your truck through obstacles while using the right and left arrow keys to keep your truck’s balance—right arrow raises your front end up, down arrow lowers it. Lose control of your truck and expect some unfortunate rollover accidents. Similar to Car Parking Games, the up arrow is used to accelerate and the down arrow is used to reverse or brake. Also similar to Car Parking Games, each individual game poses its own challenges. Initially, game play for Monster Truck Games can be difficult but can quickly become enjoyable and hard to walk away from.
